The Summit Conference Centre comprises fifteen
flexible conference rooms suitable for hosting
discreet boardroom meetings or conferences for up
to 500 delegates. Combined with its great location,
the hotel’s business services and conference
and leisure facilities make it an ideal venue for a

Attractions
A great location for a short break, only a few miles
from the centre of Birmingham and with loads of
attractions to visit nearby including, Drayton Manor
zoo, Thomas-land and theme park, Cadbury World,
the Seaworld Centre, Warwick Castle and the
Snow Dome at Tamworth. For retail therapy and
entertainment Birmingham City Centre has been re-
vitalised in recent years as well as offering the world
famous Jewellery Quarter.

Each of the 170 bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, flat screen LCD TV featuring in room entertainment and high speed internet access, hairdryer, trouser press as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Directions
From the M6 Northbound: Leave the M6 at junction
5 and at the roundabout take the third exit onto the
A452 Chester road to Brownhills. Continue ahead
over the next two roundabouts and at the third
roundabout by The Bagot Arms Pub, turn right into
Eachelhurst Road (B4148). At the traffic lights turn left
into Penns Lane. The Hotel is located after 1/2 mile
on the right hand side.
From the M54/M6 Southbound: Leave the M6 at
junction 6 and at the roundabout take the second exit
onto the A5127 towards Sutton Coldfield. Continue
ahead and take the fourth turning on the right into
Penns lane. The Hotel is located after 3/4 mile on the
left hand side.
From the NEC, Solihull and the M40: Leave the
M42 at junction 9 and at the roundabout at the end
of the slip road take the first exit onto the A4097. At
the next roundabout take the second exit following
signs for Sutton Coldfield and Walmley. Continue
past Asda and at the next roundabout continue
ahead. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout and
straight through the lights into Penns lane. The Hotel
is located after 1/2 mile on the right hand side.
